# Terms of use

Last updated 22 October 2026

These terms cover the Closio website. Our service is provided to each company and CA firm under its own signed agreement.

## 1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use closio.cc. They are an agreement between you and Ujjwal Preenja, who runs Closio as a sole proprietor in India. By using the website you accept them.

The Closio service itself is provided only under a signed customer agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

## 2. Closio prepares, you sign off

Closio keeps books and prepares statements and GST and TDS workings. Reviewing, filing and signing off remain the responsibility of the company and its chartered accountant. Nothing on this website is tax, legal or accounting advice for your situation.

Figures shown on this website, including examples and benchmark results, are illustrations and not a promise of results for your company.

## 3. Using the website

Please don't misuse the website: no attempts to break or overload it, gain access to systems or data that aren't yours, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.

## 4. Our content

The website's text, design, logos and software belong to Closio or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own use, but not copy or republish them without our permission.

## 5. Other companies' names and logos

Tally, Zoho Books, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Google Sheets and other names and logos on this website are trademarks of their owners. We show them to describe what Closio imports from. It does not mean those companies endorse Closio.

## 6. Links to other websites

Our website may link to sites we don't run. We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

## 7. Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of a customer agreement.

## 8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

## 9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Questions: [ujjwal@workpaper.co](mailto:ujjwal@workpaper.co).
